 iTeach Essentials Course


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Course: iTeach Essentials

Course Dates: 3/3/18– 5/6/18
Registration Dates: 10/20/2017 - 2/19/2018
(This course requires a minimum of participants to run.)

You may pay online with Visa or MasterCard. If your institution wishes to pay by purchase order, a valid PO# must be provided at the point of registration.


REGISTRATION FEES:
CT Community College Members: $600.00
All Others: $750.00
* The CT Community Colleges developed and maintain the course curriculum and therefore are eligible for discounted registration.

STUDENT CONTRACT:

Students will be asked sign a "contract" with the instructors that signifies the students understanding of the course requirements. The main points are listed below.

  • I understand that to be successful in this class, I must already possess the essential pre-Blackboard skills and the other pre-requisites listed on CTDLC's iTeach Essentials webpage.
  • I have regular access to a computer with high-speed Internet access that is properly configured to work with Blackboard, and a printer. I also have a backup plan in case problems develop with this computer.
  • I understand that this is not a "self-paced" course and I am prepared to log in to the course a minimum of 3-4 times per week.
  • I understand that work will not be accepted beyond posted deadlines except when advance arrangements have been made with the course facilitators. I will contact the instructors immediately if any problems arise.
  • I understand that I cannot audit this class.
  • If I have not earned enough points to pass, I understand that I will be notified by the instructors and given the option to exit the course without a certificate. (You are welcome to register in a future session to try again.)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Both institutions and individuals shall be entitled to a full refund if they cancel their registration 14 days before the class start date; 50% if they cancel 7 days before the class start date. And no refund if a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the course start date. Up to the first day of class, institutions shall have the right to substitute one participant for another, as long as they meet all course pre-requisites.
