CTDLC partners to offer American Sign Language Courses Online

CTDLC is proud to announce its latest partnership with Connect-Ability, Department of Services (DORS), and the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS)to offer online courses in American Sign Language (ASL). The first two courses on topics related to On the Job Training (OJT) and Community Rehabilitation Provider (CRP) services are currently available with several other topics to follow. Additionally there are now Spanish versions of these two courses.

We would like to thank the University of Hartford for their generous contribution of The Kent McCray Television Studio and resources in the recording of the ASL videos.

The courses will allow for a broader reach to the community at large that require the information in ASL. The OJT and CRP and future courses are available for open enrollment to anyone that wishes to take them online HERE.
