Welcome to the CTDLC's Support Tutorial The Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium has grown from four courses and two support people in the fall of 1996 to hundreds of courses and a staff that has more than tripled in size. During this time, it's become harder and harder to keep up with the phone calls and support e-mail messages. Starting this Spring, the CTDLC will be implementing new help desk software to ensure that we can keep track of all the support requests we receive and to make sure that everyone's problem is resolved. Don't worry you'll still get the same fast and friendly support, and if your problem can't be resolved electronically we'll still be just a phone call away. In addition to faster service, the new support software has a number of benefits for students and associated faculty members: you'll be able to see old problems that we've already resolved, search our knowledge base, and review your case history for instructions about a problem we've already fixed. To use the new support system, all you need is a computer, a web browser, and a quick, free account. There's no new software to download or setup. When you're ready to get started, open your browser and type the following address in the location field.
