Add/Drop Policy Official withdrawal is necessary to determine the issue of any refund, if applicable. Refunds are based on the full tuition charge. Failure to properly withdraw will result in the issuance of a withdrawal failure grade. Those who improperly withdraw will be charged full tuition.Refunds are based on the refund schedule presented in the schedule booklet and determined by the date of notification to the Registrar''s office, not the date of last course attendance. Refunds are only given to students who have no outstanding balance.

Cancellation Policy If course cancellations occur, students will be notified in order to adjust their schedules.
Transfer Student Policy Undergraduate transfer credit will be awarded for courses which carry a grade of C- or better and which parallel Sacred Heart University offerings. The University reserves the right to examine selected courses to determine whether or not their contant and quality fit the University''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s purpose and goals. Sacred Heart will accept a maximum of 66 credits from two-year colleges and 90 credits from four-year institutions.
