Yahoo Messenger
1.) Go to: http://messenger.yahoo.com/
2.) Once the page loads, click the "Get it Now" button.
3.) Once the new pages has loaded, a Security Warning will pop up. You must click "Yes" with the installation.
4.) The install wizard will then begin, and you should see a box similar to this. Then click on "Next"
5.) You will then be taken to the Install Options. Click the circle next to the word "Custom" (Unless you wish to install Yahoo! Toolbar and Yahoo! extras). Then click "Next".
6.) You will then see the Custom Install Options, and you can select the programs you wish to include in your installation. It is recommended that you only check the "Yahoo! Messenger - Instant Messaging" box.
7.) You then have to read, and agree to the License Agreement, and then click "Next".
8.) The Ready to Install screen will then be displayed, showing download times, depending on your internet connection. Once you have read this, click "Next".
9.) Once your download is complete, the installation will begin.
10.) Yahoo! Messenger will then give you the Installation Results, click on "Finish", and Yahoo! Messenger is ready to use.
