WebCT Support has been working with Apple to address some Safari-specific problems with regards to WebCT Vista. Due to these issues, they are unable to certify Safari 1.3 and Safari 2.0 with Vista at this time. WebCT has stated that Apple will be releasing a set of patches for the Safari browser in August. Until those patches are released, WebCT recommends that users who have upgraded to Mac OS X 10.3.9 or 10.4 use a different supported browser with WebCT Vista.
