How to Run A Browser Check:


  1. Go to the Vista Log in page. There on the right hand side the user will see "Browser Check" in bold letters. Under that topic is a link titled "Run a Browser Check". Click on the link.

  2. A Pop-up Window titled "WebCT Browser Checker" will appear. In the window the user will noticed the results from the Checker. After that the user will be able to see if the browser needs mandatory or recommended changes.

  3. If the user gets an Icon with a green check, it meant that the browser met the requirements in that field.

  4. If the user gets an Icon with a red "X", it meant that the browser didn't meet the requirements in that field. A link below will explain how to reconfigure the browser so that it can meet the requirements in that field.
