1. Go to: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp

2. 2. At the bottom of the page, identify the player download which best suits your Operating System (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Mac OS X, etc.) and click on its respective "Download" button.

3. In the "File Download" pop-up window, click on the "Save" button.

4. Navigate to the folder in which you would like to save the file and click the "Save" button.

5. Now, go to your computer hard drive and find the file you just saved. Double click on the file, and follow the on screen instructions to finish installing Windows Media Player.
