I'm having difficulties using the Text Box Editor. How can I fix it?
If you are having problems with Text Box Editor we suggest that you do the following steps, which will enable the standard text entry box.

Note: this will allow you to use the right click option; this option is not available in Text Box Editor.

1. Logon to Blackboard and click on the course you are taking.

2. Then click on the "Tools" button on the left hand side.

   

3. A list will appear, look for "Personal Information" and click on the link.

   

4. Another list will appear, look for "Set Text Box Editor Options" and click on the link.

   

5. After clicking on the "Set Text Box Editor Options" you will see the option to make the text box editor available or unavailable. Select unavailable and then click on the submit button on your right hand side.

   

6. A sentence that says "Text Box Editor Options have been successfully updated" will appear. Click on the okay button on your right hand side to complete the change.
