Text Options:
There are three text options for your message. These options will affect how your text will display on screen if you copy and paste from a word processor program.

  • Smart Text: This option will recognize any line breaks or paragraph breaks in your original document.
  • Plain Text: This option will copy only the text from your original document. It does not recognize line breaks or paragraph breaks.
  • HTML: This option allows you to copy and past from an HTML editor or write HTML code directly in the body of the message.

Attachments:
You can also attach files to your message. Click the Browse button (shown at the bottom of the picture above).

A new window will open that will allow you to select a file located on your computer. Select the file you would like, then click OK.
This will bring you back to the message window. When you are finished with your message, click the Submit button.

*WARNING*

  • Attached files cannot contain spaces or special characters in their names. These will prevent the files from displaying properly.
  • Also, if your document contains a virus, it will be deleted from the server automatically. This may cause the attachment link in your message to fail.
