Carolyn Rogers received her M.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford and has over 15 years experience in program planning, development and implementation in healthcare, industry and higher education. In her role at CTDLC, she has led a group of two and four year, public and private colleges and universities in the development of the eTutoring collaborative online tutoring project, which has grown to serve thousands of students from 30 participating institutions, providing synchronous and asynchronous tutoring sessions in writing, math, science, and more.
