Diane Goldsmith has a Ph.D. in Evaluation and Measurement and over 20 years experience in higher education in a variety of roles including teaching, student affairs, strategic planning, research, and distance education. She has led the research and evaluation effort of the Consortium since its inception and has published and presented nationally on the findings of this research. She conceived of and has managed the ePortfolio and eTutoring projects of the CTDLC including writing grants to support their development. As the Executive Director she manages the CTDLC including resource management, strategic planning, partnerships, staff development, marketing, grants, assessment, and legislative reporting.
